passed away peacefully March 9, 2020, leaving behind wife Linda & daughter Cheryl. Jim was a life long resident of Lowville, starting on the family farm, January 2, 1945, with his parents, George & Marion, and siblings Ron, Janet, Tooti, Pat & Sherwood. Jim spent his career excelling in masonry restoration, and used those skills helping family, friends & community. An avid outdoorsman, Jim was a proud member of the Halton Sportsmen’s Assn for 55 years.

A memorial gathering for Family & Friends will be held there on at a future date. As a tribute to Jim, please make a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

A childhood friend - I'll look for some old pictures - from the farm or at Clements farm - or the cottage on Appleby (where I currently live). I am very saddened by Jim passing as he is the same age as me. 75 this year. So Sorry for the families loss of a great guy and great school day friend. Let me know of a celebration of life. After spending 10 years as Florida neighbors, we have many fond memories of Jim and Linda.
We teased Jim as being a grump, a grump with a heart of gold who would do anything for you.
Thinking of you , Linda and Cheryl at this difficult time. Hugs, Mary and Paul

To the Coulson family,
The loss of someone you have loved for so long is never easy and it is so very difficult to say the final goodbyes. I remember Jimmy's smiles and laughter from years ago.....always such a happy guy. May all of those good memories of him sustain you at this sad time. He may be gone from your sight but never from your heart.
With my deepest sympathy,
Gwen (Peer) Harrington
